You can park your car in the flat area of the first floor of the villa, and then access to the main floor by descending a small slope. The first floor and main floor's terraces are connected by an outdoor staircase.
Once you get to the villa, you'll know that this is the best place to unwind and spend some well-deserved holidays with your beloved ones. The 165 sq-mt indoor features two bedrooms, both provided with a double bed, warm/cool air-con, and access to the terrace where the pool is located, and two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub. The spacious living area is a luminous open space where you'll find a cosy dining-living room with satellite TV, a 20 sq-mt, fully equipped kitchen, and the entrance hall. The indoor of the villa is completed by a storage room and a laundry room, which are separate adjacent rooms.
The 300 sq-mt outdoor terrace is partially covered for you to either sunbathe or shelter from the sun rays when you feel like so.
