Step into the inviting main foyer, which leads to an open-concept living-kitchen-dining area. The home has hardwood and tile floors throughout, except in the carpeted bedrooms.
The living area features cozy seating with a plush sofa and chairs, a gas log fireplace, and a large-screen Smart TV with sound bar —perfect for relaxing. The TV has Comcast cable service plus streaming capability so bring the logins to your streaming accounts so you can binge your favorite shows.
Just off of the open-concept space is a welcoming den featuring Polynesian-inspired décor, rattan furnishings and a game table. Floor-to-ceiling sliding panels can remain closed to keep this area separate, or completely opened to create one large seamless entertaining space.
