Welcome to our Scottsdale retreat with a resort-style backyard featuring a private, heated pool, hot tub, screened-in gazebo, outdoor firepit, putting green and grill. The game rooms have a pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard, darts, arcade, and a rear-projection movie screen.
Inside, the designer kitchen features high-end finishes and an open floor plan across 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. A private detached backyard office is available for guests who need a quiet workspace. Private sports court and lawn games too!
Located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Short drive to Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, Desert Ridge Marketplace, and Mayo Clinic. Near TPC Scottsdale, Old Town Scottsdale, and hiking trails.
BEDROOMS:
Four bedroom, 2.5 Bathrooms. All four bedrooms and two full baths are located upstairs, with a half bathroom downstairs next to the living room. The master bedroom features a king bed with walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom has 2 sinks, soaking tub with 2 shower heads, and full length mirror. The walk-in closet includes an additional desk and chair that can be used for work or vanity, as well as 2 luggage racks.
The second bedroom features a queen bed, full length mirror, ceiling fan, and closet. The closet includes soft drawers and a luggage rack. It is located across the hall from the master bedroom.
The third bedroom is located down the hall from the master bedroom.
This room features a queen bed and closet with soft drawers and luggage rack.
The fourth bedroom is located at the top of the stairs, and features 2 twin beds and a walk in closet and luggage rack.
KITCHEN & DINING:
Modern remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, large kitchen island, and a large walk-in pantry. A high-chair 2 pack-n-plays are provided and can be found stored in the pantry and master bedroom closet. The dining room is located right next to the kitchen, with enough seating to comfortably fit 8 people. The dining room overlooks the beautiful backyard and can conveniently access the backyard through the double French doors. There is also an outdoor dining table under the gazebo in the backyard, next to the BBQ grill and firepit.
GAME ROOM:
The game room features arcade games. ping pong table, shuffleboard, darts, and large movie projector connected to streaming services for guests to log in to their own accounts (such as Netflix). Easy to follow instructions are provided for use of the projector.
LIVING AREA:
As you enter the house, you'll be greeted with the main living room. This room has high, vaulted ceilings with a fireplace, pool table, bar seating, & a smart TV. A few steps away in the living room, guests will find another flat screen TV and comfortable seating. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a sofa bed for extra sleep space.
BACKYARD:
The resort-inspired backyard features a pickleball court**, propane fire pit, BBQ grill, gazebo, outdoor dining table and chairs, hot tub, and heated pool. There is a pool fence surrounding the hot tub and pool for the safety of our guests, but it should not be relied on or a substitute for directly supervising children or other non-swimmers. **Please note our pickleball court is made from sport floor tiles laid on top of a decomposed granite subfloor, which can affect the bounce of the ball. It’s intended for recreational purposes.**
**Please note: Pool is heated Mid-November through end of April to approximately 80-84ºF at no additional cost to you! We do not guarantee an exact pool temperature, especially if nighttime temperatures drop below 50 degrees, we cannot guarantee pool temperatures above 80 degrees**
DESIGNATED WORK SPACE:
There is a detached office in the backyard with a built in desk and 2 desk chairs for guests to work remotely. This detached office space includes a wall mounted AC unit. There is also a desk and chair located in the walk-in closet of the master bedroom for guests who prefer to work inside the main house.

-NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features one exterior security camera located at the front door. It is a Ring doorbell camera. The camera does not look into any interior spaces when the front doors are closed. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by the device.
-NOTE: This property includes a Minut noise aware system to monitor decibel levels of sound produced at the residence to ensure noise limits are respected and no unauthorized parties are held. One is located inside the house near the kitchen/dining area on the first floor, and the other is located inside the outdoor gazebo in the backyard. The system only alerts me if sound exceeds a certain decibel level, a cigarette event is detected, and/or a crowd event is detected. I am NOT able to hear or monitor any actual sounds or conversations.
NOTE: There will on occasion be pool and hot tub service members, and landscapers, that come to the property during the week to service the property.
- NOTE: Pool and hot tub are heated at no additional charge from November through April. There is no charge for the electric heater, but since it is heat pump based we cannot guarantee the pool temperature in cold months or when the outside temperature is dropping below 55 degrees at night.
- NOTE: We provide a starter supply of amenities (laundry detergent pods, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap) for guests to enjoy during your stay. There might be instances where guests have to replenish these items for themselves if higher than average amount is used.
NOTE: There are no parties or events/get togethers allowed at this location. Outside quiet hours are from 9PM-8AM. All outdoor music must be at a reasonable level during the day and turned off by 9PM.
