You can reach open forest within ten minutes from the property and there are plenty of walking routes and cycle paths within the New Forest that are perfect for soaking up the fresh countryside air and bike hire is available. A local farm shop is only a five minute drive away from the property and great for picking up some tasty treats and essentials, or if you fancy a glass of wine or a refreshing local ale, head to The Foresters Arms or The Snakecatcher pub in Brockenhurst village.
With modern furnishings and features, you will find a comfortable open plan kitchen/diner area equipped with all the essentials you require for a self-catering holiday. Well designed and spacious, the kitchen area benefits from a granite topped island unit and bar stools for casual breakfasts or enjoy more formal dining around the six seater dining table. The property is well equipped for family holidays; there is a fantastic attic conversion with a selection of games, puzzles and toys and a garden playhouse with miniature table, chairs, toy cooker, toy BBQ and much more to keep little ones entertained. The fully enclosed garden also offers an attractive patio area with garden furniture and BBQ.
