Located in one of the premier areas of Manhattan Beach, this quiet, walk-street, sand section home is yards from the beach! Great surfing, volleyball and white sand are just steps away. Walk a few blocks north to coffee shops, restaurants, sports bars, yoga, a French bakery, etc. or walk or ride bikes .9 miles south to the Manhattan Beach pier. In addition to unique shops, cafes and restaurants, there is even a grocery store up from the Pier in downtown. Our home has garaged parking provided but you can walk everywhere. You'll enjoy this European lifestyle right here in southern California!
Perfect for the outdoors and beach lifestyle, this elegant beach home has a spacious, 2 level, outdoor patio overlooking the ocean. Lower level has bbq grill and dining table for 6 with an umbrella you can tilt or lower or remove, if preferred. Top level has built in sofa and seating area with firepit and water fountain - all lushly landscaped for privacy. Enjoy ocean views and breezes while relaxing and dining on the large patio.
The comfortable Master bedroom is connected to the patio with French doors. It has a small walk-in closet and a shower and jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. Just down the hallway are the two bedrooms - one with a queen size bed and one with a double bed. They share a newly renovated bathroom with large, double walk-in shower. Laundry room also downstairs. Keep all windows open for the fresh, cool Pacific Ocean air!
Upper floor of the home is open and bright. It has an elegant living room with sofa, seating area and a dining room table. French doors open to an upper balcony with 3 barstools for outdoor viewing/relaxing and watching the beautiful sunset at cocktail hour. There is a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space and 3 barstools. Start a fire quickly with our gas fireplace while cooking and enjoying and a glass of wine or watching TV on the 66" screen while seated on the large, comfortable L-shaped sofa with ottoman/coffee table. This TV room has French doors opening onto a back deck with a picnic table and retractable sun shade. There is a small office which has sliding glass doors to the back deck, a desk, and its own 30" inch TV. There is also a 1/2 guest bath upstairs. Close the pocket doors upstairs to create two living areas - one with the kitchen and fireplace/TV and one with the living area with view of the ocean and the Malibu mountains. The entire home has Sonos speakers.
Quintessential to the beach lifestyle, the home features a newly renovated beach shower room stocked with shampoo/conditioner, towels and a private changing area. Surfboards, beach chairs, boogie board, umbrella, rolling ice chest cooler, beach towels and bicycles (2 bicycles) - all available for your use - complete the beach lifestyle!
