Welcome to your retro beach home. Blocks away from downtown Oceanside, this 2-bedroom, 1-bath, full-kitchen hideaway is peak walkability to downtown Oceanside’s wide array of beaches, bars, eateries, and coffee shops. Want to stay in? We’ve got you covered. Between a large TV in the living room (with Roku TV), books, and Peak Beach’s retro kitchen, you’ll have everything you need to enjoy a cozy night inside.
The space
Bright bedrooms with blackout curtains! A living room with a 70" TV, writing desk, loveseat, and couch! Bookshelves with a variety of memoirs, novels, and writing-and-comedy-craft books are below the side windows in the living room. A 12-minute walk to the beach! Kitchen has an oven, fridge (and freezer with ice trays), coffee maker, pots and pans, a spice rack (pull up the tops to use!), utensils, dishes, and cups/glasses/mugs.
We have a mellow dog name Lemmy who hangs out in the backyard, but let me know if that's an issue and we can keep him inside! We do charge a pet fee ($50) just because the fur is often difficult to remove from furniture/linens. Please don't lie about bringing pets!! We love pets but need to know when they're here!

Street-parking is available and easy to come by. We're a 4-minute walk from the Walmart grocery, Northern Pine Brewing, and a 10-minute walk in the other direction to the Red and White Market. 12-minute walk to the beach.
