Positive: The unit was great. The heater ac unit we couldn't figure out how to use but the weather when we were there in March wasn't hot so it didn't matter. The main dirt road (woodlands ranch road) was a nightmare. It would be a fantastic location if that road were paved. I thought a star gazing loft would mean skylights but that was an error in my thinking there were tons of windows and we could in fact see the night sky. Would love to stay in a full unit with a kitchenette instead of just a fridge and microwave but we made it work. Our daughter ❤️ 💕 ♥️ 💖 the loft area. Definitely would stay here again if we can ever make it back to the Grand Canyon.
